Advanced GIF Animator is a very good tool for creating and editing animated GIF images or presentations.
The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. No skills are necessary for starting the job, but the options and possibilities make this application suitable for beginners and experts. Its functionality is totally stand-alone and doesn't require any external or basic program running.
It supports all the most popular image formats such as Windows Paint BMP, JPG, JPEG, AVI, ICO, TIFF, etc. as well as the MS Windows Metafiles. All of them are usable for creating GIF animations.
